WNOOH LLC is the operator responsible for this notice. Its SMS program is Wnooh Index, identified by the public brand alias WNH. Contact kyara@wnooh.com about privacy or information associated with a conversation. The details you choose to send should match the question you need answered.

A record may include a name, email address, mobile number, inquiry text, chosen role area or availability. If SMS delivery is enabled, records may also include opt-in confirmations, message status and requests for assistance or withdrawal. Do not include another person's private records in a general inquiry.

Relevant information received may support an answer, a direct part-time discussion, correspondence organization or management of communication choices. Separate limited uses may be necessary for service security, abuse review and legal compliance. We do not seek unrelated sensitive information for a product-record or general recruiting question.

WNOOH LLC does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or rented and are not provided for anyone else's independent marketing. Purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate and third-party marketing lists are excluded from Wnooh Index.

Where a functioning service uses hosting, message delivery, security or compliance providers, necessary data may be processed for those assigned functions. This can include consent information required to operate SMS. Such access does not authorize independent marketing. Legally required disclosures and proportionate steps to address misuse may also be necessary.

Email kyara@wnooh.com to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information actually held, subject to applicable rights and lawful exceptions. We may need a proportionate check of your identity or authority. Tell us which conversation is involved without forwarding unnecessary personal information from another person.

Use STOP to opt out of Wnooh Index and HELP to request assistance. Consent is optional and does not affect your ability to apply or be considered for part-time work. A limited record of a stopped number may remain necessary to prevent further messages and preserve the choice after other records are removed.

An inquiry's purpose, its status and applicable obligations guide retention of information actually received. Access should be limited to authorized needs, with reasonable technical and organizational measures. Delete or de-identify information no longer needed when practicable. No method is entirely secure; never include passwords or financial documents in a routine message.

These pages and the recruiting SMS program are not intended for children under 13. Parents or guardians can report a concern to kyara@wnooh.com. This notice may be revised when practices change, and the effective date identifies the posted version. Review it again when making a new communication choice.
